Hosterr ("we") runs Hosterr. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number when you book; your booking details; and, if you choose to sign in, your email address. Payment details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are not stored by us.

How we use it

To process your payment, issue and email tickets, verify tickets at entry, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site for us: Cashfree (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider. The event organiser may receive attendee details needed to run the event.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking records as long as needed for the event, refunds, taxes and disputes. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data where the law allows by writing to support@hosterr.in.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in if you choose to sign in.
