Hosterr (hosterr.in) is operated by Hosterr, India ("we", "us"). By booking tickets you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Tickets are issued only after your payment is confirmed by our payment partner. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Ticket categories, dates and venues are as shown on the event page; the organiser may change timings or venue where necessary and we will update the event page and email you.

Your tickets

Tickets and QR codes are emailed to the address you provide, so please enter it correctly. Each QR code admits one person once. Do not share or post your QR code publicly: the first person to be scanned at entry is admitted, and duplicates are refused.

Entry conditions

Entry is subject to the venue's rules, security checks and any age or ID requirements stated for the event. We may refuse entry for unsafe or unlawful behaviour without refund.

Resale

Tickets must not be resold at a premium or used for commercial promotion. Tickets found to be resold or duplicated may be cancelled.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tickets. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
